TL;DR: I don't like the Eclipse update, my tiny brain doesn't like the GIANT pictures, blank space, and all the menus hiding stuff. I might switch to another website. It wasn't a problem before since Classic was still an option, but it isn't anymore. --- I feel pretty strongly about DeviantArt Eclipse's layout. I don't like it, things are too big and essential information that was previously available is now hidden behind menus that obscure things that don't need to be hidden. I also think it just kind of looks ugly, the usage of space being the biggest offender with tons of empty space and icons that are way bigger than they need to be. I'm on a computer, not a mobile device- that's where this style of design belongs. Normally, this sort of layout akin to that of an optional Compact layout or something to that effect, but DeviantArt has recently removed Classic view entirely. Hey everyone. I know I've been pretty out of touch with you guys here on DeviantArt (I don't actually know how many people are still paying attention to my page, frankly), but here's just a quick journal update on my thoughts lately. Things have been pretty great! Twitch seems to be (mostly) working out, I'm sort of more used to how my schedule has to be now, and my desire to keep working is stronger than it's ever been.
